Account

An account has to be created in Virage Santé’s online shop in order to make a purchase. You have to give us your personal information (name, first name, billing and shipping addresses, phone number and email address). It will automatically be stored in a secure way, in order to prevent you from having to give us this information every time you wish to place an order. You have access to your transaction history, your personal information (which you can modify at any time), to your comments history and the possibility to subscribe or unsubscribe to Virage Santé’s newsletter.

Price

The price to be paid for every item ordered is the one displayed on the product’s page. Prices are displayed in Canadian dollars, American dollars or in euro. You can change the currency by selecting the desired currency in the drop-down list on the site.

The sales taxes are applicable on every infusion and herbal tea product. Taxes are not included; they show up at your order’s validation stage. Virage Santé reserves the right to change the prices of its online shop without notice.

Payment

You can take care of the payment in Canadian, American or euro currency. We accept payments through Paypal. Payments by cash or check will not be accepted. We accept credit card payments (Visa) by phone only. If the credit card is not approved or accepted, we reserve the right to cancel the order without prior notice and without any liability or obligation towards the client. We reserve the right to validate the credit card with the issuer in the case of fraudulent use suspicion.

Returns and refunds

It is possible to exchange or return a product within 30 days following receipt. The product must have been bought at regular price. The returned product must be in its original packaging with everything intact.

It has to be accompanied with the invoice and order number. No exchange or refund of a product with a broken seal of freshness will be allowed. The customer will have to bear the shipping costs and risks, unless the received product was damaged, defective or wrong. Upon receipt of the returned product, and after verification of its state, any amount debited from the customer’s credit card for the purchase of the product, at the exception of the delivery charges, will be credited.

Shipping

Products are shipped anywhere Canada Post is able to ship, which means anywhere on the globe. All orders are shipped via Canada Post (the most affordable means of shipment available). The shipping cost will be free for any order of $125 or more (before taxes), in Canada and the United States only. We strive to process orders in the fastest way possible after receiving the payment. Orders are processed only during business days. You can obtain an estimation of the time of delivery by entering your postal code in the order form. The time and cost of shipping varies according to the place where the parcel is delivered, the chosen delivery method and the product’s availability.

CANADA

Prices are automatically calculated, according to destination, weight and size of the shipping, when proceeding at checkout. Delivery time is 5 to 10 business days.

UNITED STATES

For United States deliveries, the shipping cost for parcels of 1 pound are fixed to CA$16.03 for a Small Packet Air (non searchable parcel, within 4 to 8 business days) and CA$19.94 for an Expedited Parcel (within 2 to 6 business day). The shipping costs may vary if the total weight of the parcel exceeds 1 pound. If this is the case, we will change the shipping charges applied, and then, complete the transaction and process to delivery.

We will contact you to determine the cost of shipping.

Availability and damages

Virage Santé can not guarantee the availability of a product offered in the online shop. If we are unable to deliver any ordered product due to a lacking inventory, we will refund the amount charged to your credit card for the product(s) or we will exchange it according to your choice. A confirmation will be sent to you by email.

The delivery of Virage Santé’s products is subject to the carrier’s rules and regulations. You become the owner of the ordered products when they are handed to the carrier by Virage Santé. From this moment, you are bound to take on the risks. Virage Santé is not responsible for the damaging, destruction or loss of the shipment. We need to receive the full payment before proceeding to the delivery.
