INGREDIENTS :
½ cucumber
1 lemon
3 celery sticks
1 apple
INSTRUCTIONS :
Place the ingredients in a juicer.
WHY THESE INGREDIENTS?
Cucumber :
Cucumbers are rich in silica. This mineral is abundant in almost every cell of your body, your joints, your muscles, your nails and your hair.
Lemon :
Your hair may contain toxins. These can damage your hair. Because lemon is an antioxidant, drinking lemon juice regularly can help eliminate these toxins from your body, which will help keep your hair healthy and strong. This can also help the regrowth.
Celery :
Celeries contain lots of beneficial nutrients for healthy hair. Its mineral content, especially zinc and vitamin A, as well as its protein content will improve the hair health. Celeries also preserve the fertility of the hair, making it more dense and thick. The protein content stimulates growth.
